Gestalt therapy is an approach that views a person as a whole – connecting emotions, body, thoughts, and relationships with others. All these elements are interlinked and influence one another. This type of therapy focuses on what is happening in the present moment – the here and now – to better understand your feelings, needs, and the way you respond to different life situations.
In the therapeutic process, we don’t just talk, but we also learn to notice signals from our body, recognize how we experience emotions, and how we react to them. Gestalt therapy helps you understand yourself on a deeper level, recognize behavioural patterns that might be limiting you, and discover how to change them.
If you’ve never been to therapy before, you might have many questions or doubts – and that’s completely normal. The therapeutic process is a safe space where you can be yourself, without fear of judgment or criticism. A therapist’s role isn’t to give ready-made solutions but to explore together what’s best for you and to support you along the way.

I'm Angelika and mental health is my passion and my life's purpose. For years, I have been exploring the intricacies of the human mind, studying, growing, and learning how to best support people in the most challenging moments of their lives. I truly believe that helping others is my calling – not just a profession, but a deep need of the heart.
In my own life, I have faced many challenges that have shaped me both as a person and as a therapist. These experiences have taught me empathy, understanding, and acceptance of the wide range of emotions that accompany us in difficult times. Because of this, I can create a safe and supportive space for you, where you can open up and together we will find a way to overcome your difficulties.
